How to do a Winch Recovery | 4x4 | Mean Mother 4x4

Mean Mother 4x4 and 4WDTV visited Janowen Hills 4WD Park to show how to do a Winch Recovery using a Snatch Block, Tree Trunk Protectors and Recovery Dampeners.

    Here's the breakdown

    1. Gets stuck and needs to winch
    2. Pull winch rope out to begin set up of an indirect line pull
    3. Step up 2 Tree Trunk Protectors,  Snatch Block, and 2 Recovery Dampeners
    4. Begin winching with a spotter esp for safety reasons
    5. Drive slowly to reduce strain on rope
    6. Also allow rope to be taken up by the winch
