How to Use our Pocket Chainsaw

Mean Mother Pocket Chainsaw: Small Size with a Big Bite

The power of a chainsaw in your back pocket! We're talking about the Mean Mother Pocket Chainsaw. This handy little tool packs a punch, letting you tackle woodcutting tasks without needing a full-size chainsaw.

The Mean Mother Pocket Chainsaw is essentially a super-sized, heavy-duty hand saw. It features a durable polyester webbing handle on either end and a chain with teeth at every link. This unique design allows you to cut through small branches, larger logs, and firewood with ease.

This chainsaw folds up small and weighs next to nothing, making it a perfect addition to your backpack or camping kit. Don't underestimate this little guy. With some muscle, it can tackle branches up to a few inches thick - perfect for getting campfire fuel prepped. 

How to Use It:

  1. Unfold and secure the handles: Pull it out of its pouch and make sure your gloves are on.
  2. Get it around the log: Grab the handles and make sure you add some tension.
  3. Start sawing: Use a alternating sawing motion, one arm then the other, keeping the chain taut. Remember, you're providing the power.

Safety First:

  • Wear gloves! This should be a no-brainer, but protect your hands from nicks and cuts.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings: Keep an eye out for anything (or anyone) that could get in the way of the sawing motion.
  • Don't push it: If you're nearly through, you don't have to try to keep using the pocket chainsaw if it's not biting.
For casual campers and outdoor adventurers, it's a fantastic, space-saving option. It's easy to use, affordable, and lets you chop wood like a boss.
